脑卒中伴吞咽功能障碍患者的康复护理

摘要 目的介绍脑卒中伴吞咽功能障碍患者的康复训练内容。方法我科自2007～2008年收治脑卒中伴吞咽功能障碍患者46例，有针对性地对其中的重度、中度和轻度患者分别制定以吞咽功能训练为主的康复护理方法。结果46例脑卒中合并进食、吞咽困难患者经4周左右的康复护理，其吞咽功能均有不同程度的恢复。结论康复护理对脑卒中伴吞咽功能障碍的恢复可以起到积极的治疗作用。
