剖宫产术后切口妊娠(综述) 被引量：2

摘要 子宫切口妊娠(CSP)是指孕卵、滋养叶细胞种植在剖宫产后子宫瘢痕处并在此生长发育。CSP是异位妊娠的一种。CSP是剖宫产的远期并发症,随着剖宫产率的升高,其发病率逐年上升。本文就CSP的诊治进展综述如下。
