摘要
研究了土壤镉、锌、铜、镍、铬、砷和汞在不同浓度时对青菜生长及其残留的影响。结果表明,铜、锌对青菜的影响以生长和产量为主;镉、镍则以影响青菜残留量为主;而铬既明显影响青菜生长,也影响其残留;砷对青菜生长影响大于对残留的影响;在本次试验中汞对二者的影响都很微小。将试验得到的青菜减产及残留超标的土壤元素临界浓度与上海菜区土壤状况相比较发现,在目前菜区土壤条件下造成蔬菜中残留明显超过标准的主要是镉。
18:10 2006-2-14The influences of heavy metals Cd, Zn, Cu, Ni, Cr, As and Hg in soil on pakchoi's growth and metal accumulation were studied at different concentrations in soil. The results obtained showed that Cu and Zn in soil mainly affected growth and yield of pakchoi; Cd and Ni in soil mainly affected their accumulation in pakchoi: Cr in soil affected pakchoi's growth and Cr accumulation. The influence of As in soil was greater on the growth of pakchoi than on the As accumulation in pakchoi. The influences of Hg in soil on pakchoi's growth and Hg accumulation were negligible in this test. By comparing soil's critical heavy metal concentrations which could cause yield reduction and over-standard metal accumulation in test vegetable with actual soil conditions in Shanghai vegetable growing area, it was found that Cd in soil was the most important pollutant.
