摘要
作者观察了中国石蒜、换锦花和拟白花石蒜的减数分裂行为。结果发现,核型为2_n=16=BV+10Ⅰ的中国石蒜和核型为2n=22=22Ⅰ的换锦花在终变期分别形成8个和11个正常价二体,后期分离正常;而核型为2n=19=3V+16Ⅰ的拟白花石蒜在终变期则形成5个二价体和3个Ⅰ-V-Ⅰ异形三价体,后期分离异常,实验结果证实了石蒜属核型进化过程中存在罗伯逊变化的推测,并说明了石蒜属二倍体杂种不育的原因。
The meiotic behavior of three species of Lycoris with different karyotypes was observed by the authors. L. chinensis Traub (2n = 16 = 6V + 101) formed 8 bivalents at diakinesis; L. sprengeri Comes ex Baker (2n = 22I) formed 11 bivalents; the natural diploid hybrid L. aff. albiflora Koidz. (2n =19= 3v+161) formed 5 bivalents and 3 heteromorphic trivalents which consisted of one V-shaped chromosome and two I-shaped chromosomes. These results give evidence for the assumption that Robertsonian changes occurred in the process of karyotype evolution, and account for the sterility of the diploid hybrids in the genus Lycoris.
