摘要
对葡萄黑痘病菌生物学特性和流行学的研究表明,此病菌能在 PDA、CMA、Cza—peks 琼脂、OA、Richards、Sabouraud 琼脂等培养基上生长,其中以 Sabouraud 琼脂和 PDA最适宜;对 pH 值的适应范围较广,但以 pH6—8最适合;病菌生长最适温度为20—28℃;病菌在20—28℃范围内,于不同品种叶片上的潜育期为3—6天;病菌主要以菌丝体在越冬芽和一年生枝条上越冬。
The biological characteristics of Elsin(?)e ampelina (de Bary) Shear has been studied.The patogen could grow on PDA,CMA,Czapeks agar.OA,Richards agar,Sabouraud agar,ect..Among these media,the Sabouraud a gar and PDA were the optimum,The fungi grew well over a wide pH range with the optimum from 6 to 8, the optimum growth temperature was 20—28℃.The latent period of the pathogen was 3 to 6 days long on different grape varieties at 20—28℃.It was found that mycelia of the pathogen overwintered chiefly on overwintering bud and annual shoot of this crop.
