摘要
目的总结压疮灵治疗Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期压力性溃疡的护理体会。方法 压力性溃疡患者42例(51处伤口),全部使用压疮灵进行换药,根据伤口愈合的阶段、创面的情况,采取清创或伤口清洗后敷药,观察1个月。结果治疗1个月后,51处伤口均明显好转,总有效率100%。结论压疮灵无毒安全,价格低廉,对压力性溃疡Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期效果显著。
Objective To summarize the experience on nursing for the patients of pressure ulcer（PU） treated with a traditional Chinese medicine of pressure sores ling powder（PSLP）.MethodsFourty-two patients（51 wounds） with PU in stage Ⅲ or Ⅳ were painted with PSLP for one month according to the four stages of wound healing after debridement or cleaning of the wound.ResultsFifty-one wounds were all significantly improved with an effective rate of 100%.Conclusion PSLP is effective and safe in the treatment of PU in stage Ⅲ or Ⅳ with less costs.
