摘要
目的:了解南通市近年来性病门诊就诊者HIV的感染情况和特征。方法:对2006年-2009年性病门诊5063例就诊者进行血清HIV抗体检测,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)进行筛查检测,阳性者应用蛋白印迹法(WB)进行确认检测。结果:确认HIV感染者11例,占性病门诊就诊者的0.22%,且均为经性接触感染。结论:南通市的性病人群中已出现HIV感染者,并呈递增趋势。今后应采取综合措施控制艾滋病在性病人群中的传播,这对艾滋病防治工作具有重要意义。
Objective：To have a brief survey on the status and characteristics of HIV infection among clients at Nantong STD clinic in recent years.Methods：5063 clients who came to Nantong STD clinic from 2006 to 2009 were tested for HIV antibody.The principle adopted is to conduct the primary HIV screening,using ELISA.Those who have positive reactions should be further confirmed by WB.Results：11 cases were confirmed,who were infected through sexual contact.The prevalence was 0.22% among the clients.Conclusion：HIV-positives have already appeared in the STD population,and the number is on the rise.From now on,comprehensive measures should be taken to control the future of AIDS in the spread of the STD population,which is of great significance to AIDS prevention and control work.
