摘要
目的:建立一种直接稀释-石墨炉原子吸收法测定人体尿液中铅含量的方法。方法:用硝酸酸化,以0.2%Triton X-100溶液为基体改进剂稀释尿样,SpectAA220原子吸收分光光度计(具GTA110石墨炉原子化器、氘灯背景校正),自动进样方法进行测定。结果:方法的线性范围为0μg/L~50μg/L,相关系数为0.9996,RSD为4.0%~10.0%,回收率为93%~98%,方法的检出限为1.2μg/L。结论:该方法精密度好、准确度高、快速简单,能很好地满足尿液中铅含量测定的要求。
Objective:To explore the measurement of lead with direct dilution-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry in urine.Methods:The urine was acidified by nitric acid and was diluted with matrix modifier [0.2% Tritonx-100],then the samples were automatically introduced and the lead in the urine was measured with deuterium lamp graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometer.Rusuits:There was significant linear between absorbance and graphite lead level which was 0 μg/L~50 μg/L(r=0.9996).And the range of the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 4.0%~10.0%,the range of recovery rate was 93%~98% and detection limit was 1.2 μg/L.Conclusion:The measurement is characterized by good degree of accuracy and precision and no need for chemical treatment as lower pollution.
