摘要
本文通过对独生子女家庭风险问题的研究分析,联系矫治社会工作"4E干预"模式提出相应解决方法,并从生育文化和人口政策的角度引发关于改革独生子女政策、放开生育二胎的思考与建议。
In this text, it is to present methods for the problem via analyzing the risk of one-child family and connecting ＂4E mode＂. Meanwhile, this paper presents the thinking and suggestion about one-child policy and opening up the second births in terms of production culture and population policy.
