摘要
非煤矿山安全验收评价是矿山建设项目安全验收与审批的主要依据之一。结合实例,对非煤矿山安全验收评价常见问题的表现形式进行了系统剖析,从评价机构、建设单位、政府主管部门3个层面提出了改进评价质量的建议。有助于进一步提高安全评价机构技术水平和工作质量。
The acceptance check of safety evaluation for non-coal mine is one of the main basis for safety inspection and approval of non-coal mine construction project.Combined with the case,a systematic analysis on some issues in the safety evaluation of non-coal mine are made.And some recommendations for improving the quality are proposed from the evaluation agencies,the construction unit,and the government departments.It can further enhance the technical level and quality of safety evaluation.
