微小RNA与肾脏生理和疾病的关系

摘要 早在1993年Lee等利用遗传分析方法在线虫中发现一个22nt的小分子非编码RNA:lin-4在发育早期的作用。微小RNA(miRNA)自被发现,成为近几年生命科学领域的研究热点。各种miRNA的相继发现说明普遍性及多样性.预示着它在生物界中具有更广泛的功能,并越来越受到人们的重视。
