摘要
对从黑核桃中分离到的21种内生真菌的发酵产物进行除草活性研究。结果表明,这些内生真菌的发酵液对供试受体(小麦、油菜)均有不同程度的除草活性,其中HJ1、HJ2、HJ9、HJ10等14种除草活性较好,HJ1对供试受体的抑制率均达到92%以上,除草效果最好。HJ1发酵液的萃取物对4种供试受体(小麦、油菜、萝卜和绿豆)均有不同程度的除草活性,在质量浓度50 mg/mL时,乙酸乙酯萃取物对油菜幼根和幼芽的抑制率均在90%以上,除草活性最好;正丁醇萃取物次之,萃余水相效果最差。对同一受体而言,随着乙酸乙酯萃取物质量浓度的降低抑制作用减弱,对不同受体而言,相同质量浓度的乙酸乙酯萃取物的抑制作用也存在显著差异。
The twenty-one endophytic fungi were isolated from Juglans regia L.All of fermentation products of the twenty-one endophytic fungi have different herbicidal activity to tested plants of Brasuca campestris L and Triticum aestivum L.The herbicidal activities of fermentation HJ1,HJ2,HJ9,HJ10 and so on are better,the average inhabiting rate is up to 92% to all tested plants.The extracts of fermentation of HJ1 have different inhibition to four tested plants(Brasuca campestris L,Triticum aestivum L,Raphanus sativus L,Phaseolus radiatus L).The inhabitation of acetyl acetate extract is the best when the concentration is 50 mg/mL.The inhabiting rates of the different concentration acetyl acetate extraction are different to the same tested plant,and the inhabiting rates of the same concentration acetyl acetate extraction are obvious different to the various test plant.In addition,the herbicidal activity of aqueous phase is the lowest and the n-butanol extracts at the second place.
