燃料热值对135MWe级循环流化床锅炉运行性能的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Fuel Heating Value on the Operation Performance of the 135MWe Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler

摘要 与发达国家不同,我国的循环流化床锅炉的驱动力是劣质燃料的利用而不是污染物控制。调查了运行的我国15个省份的58台135MWe循环流化床锅炉机组,分析比较了燃料热值对机组运行可靠性、环保性和经济性的影响。结果表明,尽管循环流化床锅炉可以燃烧劣质燃料,但是其运行性能与燃料性质密切相关,随着燃料热值的降低,可靠性明显下降。而较高的燃料热值显著改善机组的供电煤耗与厂用电率。而当燃料热值在低于10.5MJ/kg的时候,机组正常运行已经变得困难。 Deferent from the developed countries,the force that promotes circulating fluidized bed (CFB)boiler in China is the utility of low rank coal instead of environment protection the 58units of 135 MWe CFB boiler located in 15provinces in China were investigated,and the effect of fuel heating value on their reliability,environmental protection performance as well as economy was compared and analyzed.The results showed that although CFB boiler could burn low rank coal ,its operation performance depended on the fuel property.The reliability decreased with the fuel heating value decreasing.While,the power supply coal consumption and the electric power consumption ratio were improved by increasing the fuel heating value.It is very difficult to operate CFB boiler when the fuel heating value lower than 10.5MJ/kg.
