摘要
缺乏学习动力是中职生最大的学习障碍,激发中职生的学习动机势在必行。激发中职生学习动机的主要措施有:帮助中职生树立正确的学习观;积极引导中职生树立正确的人才观和就业观;教师必须增强课堂教学改革意识,使教学深浅有度;在教学中,特别要对中职生进行赏识教育;形成一个支持中职生成功的激励性评价机制。
Lacking learning motivation is the biggest lemming hinder to the secondary vocational student. Obviously, it is imperative to sthnulate secondary vocational student learning motivation. The measures should be adopted are： helping them set up the correct study view, guiding them to live positively and to set up the correct talent＇s view and employment view,raising the classroom instruction reform awareness to provide in- depth teaching, providing the appreciative education and developing an appraisal system to help the student succeed.
