摘要
物流案例教学是现代物流教育的有效教学方式,反映现代教育思想与观念。当前物流成本管理案例教学中存在的主要问题是:缺乏与高职高专配套的物流成本管理教材,缺少案例教学相应的软硬件设施,普遍缺少实践型和跨专业的师资队伍,难以模拟真实的场景,师生双方准备不充分。要加强高职高专物流成本管理的教材建设,增强对案例教学的重视与投入,提高师资队伍的综合素质,教师要进行正确的角色定位,学生要充分发挥教学主体的主观能动性。
Logistics case teaching is an effective method in modem Logistics education which reflects modem education thoughts and ideas. At present, the main problems existing in logistics case teaching are as follows：textbooks of logistics cost management and hardware and software facilities are in shortage, so are trans - disciplinary teachers with rich practical experience. The real scene teaching is hard to be simulated and teachers and students are not well- prepared.Hence, we should strengthen the compiling of textbooks,pay more attention and invest more to case teaching, promote teachers＇ self- improvement. Moreover, teachers should find a niche for themselves and students should put their conscious activity into full play.
