摘要
成人"高等数学"教学效果不佳的主要原因是:成人学生学习高等数学的目的和动机明显不一致;教师教学手段单一,"满堂灌"的现象严重;教师的教学水平和对成人教育的教学方法不合理。教师要重视激发学生的学习兴趣、培养学生数学思想方法,通过形象直观教学、分层次教学、多媒体教学等途径来提高成人教育高等数学教学的效果。
The teaching effect of advanced mathematics in adult education is unsatisfactory. The reasons for this are as follows：Firstly, the goal and motive of the adult students in their learning of advanced mathematics are not identical. Secondly, the method of teaching is not diverse and spoon feeding is popular among the classroom. Thirdly, the teachers are not so qualified and their teaching methods are not so proper. Teachers must focus on stimulating students＇ interests in study and nurturing students to think mathematically. The teaching effect of advanced mathematics can be greatly improved if various methods are applied in the classroom,such as vivid teaching,mixed- level class teachlng,and multimedia teaching and so on.
