摘要
本文是在对深圳市科技进步状况调查的基础上撰写的，根据国家统计标准和实际数据，从政府政策、资金支持以及企业对政府的期望三个方面，就深圳市政府对技术创新的作用作出了较为系统的分析和论证，并采用比较法将深圳市与全国整体情况进行比较、分析。
On the basis of investigation on the situation of scientific technology advance in Shen Zhen ,according to governmental statistics and practical datas, The paper analyses and proves the role played by government in brining forth new ideas into technology from three aspects of government policy , fund support and enterprise in their expectation of government.It also compares national situation with Shen Zhen city and points out its character.
