体内研究弓形虫病的动物选择策略

In vivo study of the animal selection strategy of Toxoplasma gondii

摘要 弓形虫病严重威胁着人类的健康并给畜牧业造成巨大的经济损失。相对于体外的研究,动物体内的研究更能准确地把握弓形虫病的特点和致病机理,尤其在评价治疗药物的药效、探索有效的预防途径等方面,动物体内研究更是必不可少的手段之一。但由于实验动物种类繁多,不同的实验目的可能需要选取不同的实验动物或实验方法。因此,在实际科研工作中,需要针对不同的实验目的 ,采用不同的动物模型研究策略,以提高实验的可行性和科学性。 Toxoplasmosis is one of the greatest threats to the health of humans and the livestock industry.In contrast to an in vitro study,an in vivo Toxoplasma gondii study is more effective,particularly in assessing drug efficacy and improving methods of prevention.However,animal models and experimental methods may vary due to their different goals.In actual research,different animal models and research strategies should be used for T.gondii studies in order to improve their empirical feasibility and scientific basis.
