摘要
何时启动艾滋病抗病毒治疗在学术界一直以来均存在争议,近期世界卫生组织对成人和青少年抗逆转录酶治疗指南中的起始治疗时机进行了修订,本文综述了该领域最新的一些研究证据和相关国家、国际机构的抗病毒治疗指南,早期开始治疗是目前国际上一个主要趋势。
The decision about when to start antiretroviral treatment （ART） is among the most vexing issues in the field of HIV management.Recently,the World Health Organization （WHO） revised its stance on the start of ART in its Guidelines for the use of antiretroviral agents in HIV-1-infected adults and adolescents.This article reviews the current research data and guidelines of several countries and international organizations.This information indicates that a major trend worldwide is the early initiation of treatment.
