摘要
目的:观察中西医结合穴位注射治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法:选择符合慢性盆腔炎诊断标准的门诊病例240例,随机平均分为2组,治疗组采用中西医结合经期穴位封闭治疗,对照组120例,采用经期静滴头孢唑啉钠+甲硝唑液,并电话随访1a。结果:治疗组有效率100.0%,1a内复发率12.5%;对照组有效率70.0%,1a内复发率46.2%,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合经期穴位封闭治疗慢性盆腔炎具有疗程短、治愈率高、简便经济、无痛苦、不易复发等特点,值得临床推广。
Objective：To observe the effect of theropy point injection with integrated traditional and western medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation.Methods：240 cases of the chronic pelvic inflammation diagnosed outpatient were randomly divided into 2 groups.120 cases in treatment group were treated by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine acupuncture.the control group were by cefazolin sodium static drops of liquid,and telephone ＋ metronidazole year follow-up.Results：in the treatment group the effect rate was 100.0%,relapse of one yrar was 12.5%,in the control the rate was 70.0%,relapse was 46.2%.two groups lifetime recurrence with significant difference（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment period meridians closed the chronic pelvic inflammation with short course,the cure rate is high,economy,without painful,relapse not easily,it is worth popularizing such characteristics.
