摘要
目的:观察附子汤加味治疗风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:风湿性关节炎患者39例,以附子汤为基础辨证加药治疗,30d为1个疗程,2个疗程后作疗效评价。结果:39例中治愈15例(38.46%);好转17例(43.59%);未愈7例(17.95%),有效率82.05%。结论:附子汤为基础辨证加药治疗风湿性关节炎有较好疗效。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Modified Aconiti Praeparatae Decoction to treat rheumatic arthritis.Methods：39 cases of rheumatic arthritis patients were treated with differentiation of symptoms and signs on the basis of Aconiti Praeparatae Decoction.The course of treatment was 1 month.Total curative effect was evaluated after 2 course of treatment.Results：the 15 cases（38.46%） was recover,17 cases（43.59%） was improvement and 7 cases（17.95%） was not recover.The total effective rate was 82.05%.Conclusion：there was better clinical effect in differentiation of symptoms and signs on the basis of Aconiti Praeparatae Decoction to treat rheumatic arthritis.
