摘要
本文对性能起重要影响的电磁阀电磁吸力特性进行了理论分析和实验研究,提出了电磁吸力与负载特性应有合理的匹配关系,介绍了应用网络图论法计算螺管式小气隙电磁铁的电磁吸力,这种算法比常规算法有较高的计算精度,文章还介绍了测试电磁吸力的1种测试装置。以北京理工大学研制的气动电磁阀为研究对象,静态电磁吸力的实测值和理论计算值基本是一致的。根据研究结果,对电磁阀的原始设计提出了改进意见。
In this paper a study both in theory and experiment is carried out on a pneumatic valve, it is seen that there shoud be a good match between the nmagnetic force and the load characteristics. The force is analysed by the network method, which is of higher precision than conventional method -when applied to solenoid having small air gap slits. Meanwhile a test installation has been introduced which is used to test pneumatic solenoid valves developed in Beijing Institute of Technology. There is a good accordance between the measured force and the theoretical value. According to the results propositions for the solenoid design have been put forward.
