摘要
对商品采购过程中的决策问题进行了分析,提出了一种采用单纯形法来求解采购决策问题的方法,并结合企业实际的采购原则,着重讨论了采购金大于最低采购金情况下商品采购的决策模型,最后给出了一般单纯形算法求解问题的程序框图。
This paper has carried on an analysis of policy making in commodity purchase,proposed a simplex method to solve the problem of purchase decisionmaking.Combining the enterprise＇s actual purchase principle,the paper has focused on the commodity purchase decision model,when the purchase money bigger than the minimum purchase money.Finally,a general simplex algorithm solution flow chart is given.
