缺硼豌豆植株侧芽生长机理的研究 被引量:7

STUDY ON THE MECHANISM OF LATERAL BUD GROWTH OF BORON DEFICIENT PEA

摘要 用营养液培养的方法对供硼与不供硼(缺硼)条件下豌豆植株的生长及侧芽发育状况进行了研究。结果表明,缺硼明显抑制豌豆植株生长,根系受抑先于地上部。缺硼10天后可见侧芽长出,顶端优势不明显。用间接酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定了内源生长素(IAA)的细胞分裂素(Z/ZR)水平的动态变化,发现缺硼植株顶芽中IAA水平高于对照,顶芽的可扩散IAA水平低于对照,节中IAA水平降低;缺硼初期(3~6天),根系和节中Z/ZR水平均高于正常供硼植株。 The effect of boron deficiency on the growth and development of pea plants was studied using solution culture It was demonstrated that under the boron deficient condition the growth of pea plant was inhibited, and inhibition of the root growth appeared first(fig 1), 10 days after boron free treatment, the lateral buds was induced in lower part of the plant and the apical dominance was inhibited(fig 2) Another 14 days later, about 6 lateral buds were developed in the boron deficient plant, and the normal plants had no lateral buds At the treatment days of 0, 3, 6, 9, the apex buds (10cm length), the second and third shoot nodes (0 5cm length every node) and the roots were harvested for the measurement of the inner levels of IAA in Z/ZR dynamic with Enzyme Linked Immuno Sorbent Assay (ELISA) The level of IAA in shoot apex of boron deficient plant was higher than control(fig 3), but the diffusible IAA level in shoot apex(table 1) and the level of IAA in shoot node(fig 2) were lower under boron deficiency condition At the beginning of treatment (3~6 days), the levels of Z/ZR in root and shoot node of boron deficient plant were higher than that of boron deficient plant(fig 4) It is suggested that the lower level of IAA and the higher level of Z/ZR in shoot node of boron deficient is an important reason for lateral bud development
