摘要
在后向散射式激光探测系统中,脉冲激光器产生的强电磁辐射会对系统内其他组件造成干扰。针对激光探测系统电学设计中出现的电磁兼容性问题,采用电源隔离、铺地、屏蔽的方法增强接收组件抗干扰能力,特别设计了雪崩光电二极管组装方案,管脚寄生电感降低约73.2%,使85%的APD面积被有效屏蔽,接收组件抗干扰能力大大增强。为保证强电磁干扰下的有效通信,硬件上分别采用超五类双绞线和RS-422两种总线结构,软件上人为增加冗余性,设计了自动检错功能和闭环检错重发机制,提高了通信的可靠性。
Electro-magnetic interference(EMI) appears to be an unavoidable serious problem in Q-switched laser detection system.In our backward scattering laser detection device,EMI often made the system work in a mess at first.Based on theoretical analysis,many EMC measures were taken to solve the problem,including power supply isolation,large ground area,metal shielding etc.A kind of APD shielding and fixing structure is also applied.It reduced the parasitical inductance to an extent of 73.2%.To ensure the correct of communication,of digital signal,the kind of bus and the transfer line were carefully chosen,and software has the self-correcting function.Results show that the measures are very effective.
