摘要
本试验研究了饲粮中不同有效磷水平对8~20kg仔猪的生长性能、骨骼发育和血清生化指标的影响。试验采用69头5周龄的三元杂[杜×(大×长)]仔猪,根据体重和性别随机分为6个组,各组饲粮有效磷水平依次为0.11%、0.21%、0.26%、0.31%、0.36%和0.41%。试验期4周,自由采食。结果表明,随着饲粮有效磷水平升高,仔猪平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比(F/C)趋于降低(P>0.05);到0.36%有效磷水平时达到最佳,采食量无明显变化(P>0.05)。单位体重的脱脂干股骨重及其中灰分、钙、磷含量随着饲粮有效磷水平升高而显著升高(P<0.05);到0.36%有效磷水平时达到最高,0.41%时略降低(P>0.05)。血清中无机磷浓度在饲粮有效磷水平从0.11%升到0.31%时显著提高(P<0.05),此后趋于平稳。血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性在0.26%~0.36%有效磷水平时极显著低于其他各组(P<0.01)。综合上述结果表明,8~20kg仔猪有效磷需要量为0.36%,总磷0.58%,钙磷比例1.21:1,钙:有效磷比例1.94:1。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of four dietary available phosphorus level,i.e AP=0.11%,0.21%,0.26%,0.31%,0.36% and 0.41% , on performance、skeletal development and serum criteria of three-way crossbred(Duroc×(landrace×Yorkshire))pigs weighing from 8 to 20kg on average. The dietary AP level did not influence feed intake and feed to gain ratio significantly(P>0.05).Weight gains of piglets were significantly increased with increasing dietary AP levels(P<0.05).Dry fat-free femur weight per kilogram bodyweight(P<0.05), the calcium(P<0.01),phosphorus(P<0.01) and ash(P>0.05)contents in dry fat-free femur,all raised with increasing dietary AP levels.The dietary AP level to attain maximum bone ash and bone calcium and phosphorus contents was 0.36%.Serum inorgainic phosphorus concentations of pigs offered 0.31%,0.36% and 0.41% AP diets were higher than those of pigs offered 0.11%,0.21%and 0.26% AP diets(P<0.05).The serum alkaline phosphatase activities of pigs offered 0.36%~0.41% AP diets were significantly lower than those of pigs offered 0.11% and 0.21% AP diets.Higher positvie simple correlation occurred beween AP intakes for per kilogram bodyweight gain and phosphorus weights in femur per kilogram bodyweight,the correlation coefficient is 0.9638.The above combined results suggest that available phosphorus requirement of piglet weighing from 8 to 20 kg is 0.36%.
