摘要
分工演进是实现经济长期增长的关键因素,农业分工抑制是导致农业发展滞后的根本原因。本文首先对分工思想进行历史性回顾,对其做了相关理论梳理和提炼,然后介绍了分工演进的一般过程,最后基于海南向高效农业的转型分析了转型中的分工演进,用实例说明了持续推进农业分工深化,是农业经济发展的根本动力。
Evolution of labor division is a key factor to achieve long-term economic growth. The inhibition of agricultural labor division is the root cause of slow development of agriculture. The historical views about labor division are reviewed. The general evolution process of labor division is described. The process of labor division in agricultural transformation of Hainan is analyzed.
