摘要
采用营养液栽培,以香蕉幼苗为试材,研究了盐胁迫对香蕉幼苗根部、假茎和叶片各部位Na+和K+含量以及K+/Na+的影响。结果表明,与对照相比植株体内Na+的含量增加,而植物体内K+含量减少,K+/Na+下降显著。
The seedlings of banana cultivar Brazil cultured in nutrient solution were used as materials to study the effects of salt stress on the content of K^+, Na^+ in the root, pseudostem and leaf of banana. The results showed that compared with CK, the K^+ content decreased while Na+ content increased in banana seedlings, K^+/Na^+ declined significantly.
