摘要 目的探讨后路C2/C3椎弓根螺钉固定治疗Hangman骨折的应用指征及疗效。方法采用后路C2/C3椎弓根螺钉固定治疗18例Ⅱ型及Ⅱa型Hangman骨折患者,其中3例采用基于CT的导航,14例采用基于ISO-C 3DC臂的导航。结果全部患者达到骨性愈合,没有出现椎动脉和神经损伤及其他合并症。结论后路C2/C3椎弓根螺钉固定对于治疗Hangman骨折是一种有效的方法,术中导航技术使其更加准确和安全。 Objective To study the indications of posterior C2/C3 pedicle screw fixation and fusion for treatment of Hangman fracture and to valuate the result of the technique.Methods There were 18 patients with Hangman's fracture of type Ⅱand Ⅱa treated by using posterior C2/C3 pedicle screw fixation.We used CT-base navigation in 3 patients and ISO-C 3D C-arm navigation in 14 patients.Results All patents gained bony union in X-ray without vertebra artery and nerve injury or other complications.Conclusion Posterior C2/C3 pedicle screw fixation and fusion for treatment of Hangman fracture is an effective method.Intraoperation navigation technique make it more exactly and safe.
