摘要
随着我国经济的发展和区域经济格局的变动,区域之间的矛盾变得越来越突出,促进区域经济整合、实现高效的资源配置已成为当前区域经济研究的热点。探讨了区域经济整合的主体及其利益分配,然后建立区域利益补偿博弈模型,分析了利益不一致情况下区域利益补偿对区域经济整合的影响。我们认为,推进符合"卡尔多改进"的经济整合不能仅仅依靠市场机制,只有建立完善的制度安排才能实现地区之间长期的合作。
Along with the changing of the development pattern of its regional economy,the interregional and intraregional conflicts have become increasingly prominent.Therefore,promoting regional economic integration and realizing an efficient allocation of resources are hot issues in the research of regional economy presently.This paper introduces decision-maker of regional integration and some pattern of interest allocation.In addition,a compensation game model of regional interests is set up to prove that the unaccepted economic integration which conforms to ＂Kaldor improvement＂ is caused by the inconsistent local interests.Later,we suggest that it is necessary to introduce the institutional arrangement,rather than depending on the market mechanism,to solve the puzzle of regional economic integration.
