采用反相高效液谱法对哒螨酮和四螨嗪混合制剂定量分析。变异系数分别为０．４８％、０．３８％；标准偏差分别为０．０３４、０．０１２；平均回收率分别为９９．８１％、９９．５４％；线性相关系数分别为０．９９９１、０．９９９９。
Pyridaben and
clofenpezine were analyized quantitatively with reversed-phase high performance liquid
chromatography.The coefficient of variation was 0.48 %and 0.38%,standard deviation was 0.034
and 0.012,the recovery ratio was 99.81% and 99.54%,linear correlation were 0.9991 and 0.9999
respectively.
