摘要
通过模拟计算和试验研究相结合的方式研究了柴油温度对燃油系统性能的影响。试验表明,在相同转速下,随着柴油温度的升高,高压油管喷油器端的残余压力基本不变,压力到达峰值的时刻略延迟,最大压力值减小;在相同温度下,随着转速的增加,残余压力基本不变,压力到达峰值的时刻略有延迟,最大压力值增大;相同转速下,随着温度的升高,每循环喷油量减少;相同温度下,随着转速的增加,每循环喷油量增加。模拟结果与试验结果符合较好。
This paper studied on the fuel system performance of diesel engine under different diesel temperature through simulation and experiment.The test results showed that at the same rotational speed of fuel pump,with the fuel temperature increasing,the initial pressure of oil tube was almost similar,the time of pressure peak of oil tube injector end delayed,and its largest value of pressure decreased.Meanwhile,at the same temperature,with the rotational speed increasing,the initial pressure of oil tube was also the same essentially,the time of its peak delayed,and its largest value of pressure increased.At the same rotational speed,with the temperature increasing,the injection quantity through nozzle orifices decreased.At the same temperature,with the rotational speed increasing,the injection quantity through nozzle orifices increased.These results were consistent by simulation and experiment.
