锚网喷支护工艺过断层破碎带的实践 被引量:7

Practice of Anchor Wire Shotcrete Support Technology in Passing through Fault Broken Zone

摘要 南山煤矿是具有煤和瓦斯突出和冲击地压危害的老矿井,目前已进入深部开采。其地质构造复杂,地应力较大,巷道变形严重;尤其是岩巷掘进穿过断层破碎带的巷道,常规支护效果不好,巷修费用高,甚至影响通风断面,威胁安全生产。为解决这一难题,该矿在岩巷掘进过断层破碎带时应用了钢筋网喷支护技术,取得了较好的效果。 Nanshan Coal Mine is an old mine with coal and gas outburst and rock burst hazard.It is in deep mining now.Geological structure is complicated,the stress is larger,the roadway deformation is serious.Especially the rock heading through the fault fracture zone of the tunnel,the conventional supporting is ineffective,the repair cost is more.Even it affects the ventilation cross-section and threatens safety in production.In order to solve this problem,when the rock roaduwy is drived through the fault broken zone,the anchor wire shotcrete support technology is applied,the good results are obtained.
