摘要
在文献回顾的基础上,本研究提出了社会资本和竞争优势之间关系的假设模型,并通过对浙江省72家中小企业的问卷调查验证这一模型。研究结果表明:中小企业社会资本对知识共享与创造具有显著的正向影响;中小企业社会资本不仅直接影响智力资本,还通过知识共享与创造间接影响企业智力资本;智力资本在知识共享与创造和竞争优势之间起到了完全中介作用;中小企业社会资本不仅直接影响竞争优势,同时还通过知识共享与创造和智力资本间接地影响竞争优势。研究认为,中小企业要确立竞争优势,必须重视社会资本、智力资本的投入,同时还要营造有利于知识共享与创造的企业氛围。
Based on the literature review,the paper puts forward the hypothetical model of the relationship between social capital and competitive advantages,which has been proved by investigating 72 SMEs(small and medium enterprises).The research shows that social capital in SMEs(small and medium enterprises) has a significant positive effect on knowledge sharing creation;social capital has not only a direct but an indirect influence on intellectual capital by knowledge sharing creation;intellectual capital plays a complete intermediary role in the relationship between knowledge sharing creation and competitive advantages;social capital in SMEs(small and medium enterprises) has not only a direct but also an indirect influence on competitive advantages by knowledge sharing creation and intellectual capital.Therefore,the paper suggests that in order to establish competitive advantages,enterprises should increase the investment of social capital and intellectual capital.Furthermore,an atmosphere benefit for knowledge sharing creation to make an impact should be established.
