摘要
以薄板坯连铸连轧(CSP)工艺供基料的现场两种冷轧压下率的低碳钢板为原料,实验室采用两种不同升温速度的退火工艺模拟了现场罩式退火工艺过程,分析了冷轧压下率和退火升温速度对钢板组织和微区织构的影响.结果表明,冷轧压下率较大的CSP低碳钢板在退火过程中再结晶开始的较早,其成品晶粒尺寸相对较大;慢速升温有利于再结晶的进行,并可以抑制成品{112}<110>取向的含量.
Low carbon steel sheets based on compact strip production(CSP) technology were cold rolled by two reductions on field,and annealed in laboratory under two different heating rates.The influence of cold rolling reduction and heating rate on microstructure and micro-texture were analyzed.The results show that recrystallization occurs earlier in samples of bigger reduction.Lower heating rate promotes the recrystallization process and restrains the contents of the finished product{112}110.
