重组人血管内皮抑制素联合NP化疗方案治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察重组人血管内皮抑制素(恩度)联合NP化疗方案治疗老年晚期非小细胞癌(NSCLC)的疗效。方法将60例老年晚期NSCLC患者按化疗方案分为NP组30例和NPE组16例。NP组第1天给予长春瑞滨(NVB)25mg/m2、顺铂(CDDP)80mg/m2静脉滴注,第8天再给予NVB25mg/m2静脉滴注。NPE组在NP组化疗方案的基础上于第1～4天每天给予恩度15mg静脉滴注。治疗后比较2组疗效及不良反应。结果 NP组总有效率为33.3%低于NPE组的56.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组无疾病进展生存时间(PFS)、中位生存期(MST)和1年生存率均有延长趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组化疗不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在NP化疗方案基础上联合恩度治疗,可以提高老年晚期NSCLC的有效率,临床耐受好,而且未增加化疗不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
