摘要
目的观察米非司酮联合中药治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法子宫肌瘤患者63例随机分为治疗组33例和对照组30例。对照组给予米非司酮治疗,治疗组给予米非司酮联合中药治疗,2组均治疗3个月。2组均于用药前后计算子宫体积和肌瘤体积大小。测定血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌激素(E2)、孕酮(P)含量并观察2组不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率为93.9%高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后子宫体积与肌瘤体积均较治疗前缩小,且治疗组改善情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后FSH、LH、E2、P均降低,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但2组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论米非司酮联合中药治疗子宫肌瘤安全有效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of mifepristone combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods 63 cases of uterine fibroids were randomly divided into treatment group（33 cases）and control group（30 cases）.The control group received mifepristone treatment,the treatment group received mifepristone combined with traditional Chinese medicine,the two groups were treated for 3 months.Obeserved the uterine volume and fibroid volume before and after treatment,serum follicle stimulating hormone（FSH）,luteinizing hormone（LH）,estradiol（E2）,progesterone（P）content and adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.9% higher than 80.0% in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Compared with before treatment,uterine volume and fibroid volume were reduced,and improvements in treatment group were better than the control group,the difference were statistically significant（P0.05）.Compared with before treatment,FSH,LH,E2,P of the two groups were lower（P0.05）,but there were no significant differences between these two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Mifepristone combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of uterine fibroids is safe and effective,and worthy of clinical application.
