摘要
针对南水北调中线工程运行后将对汉江中下游地区生态环境造成巨大影响的现实,提出了适合汉江中下游地区的流域生态补偿机制模式和相应的对策建议,旨在促进流域内经济社会的可持续发展。
With regard to the reality of great influences on the ecological environment in middle and lower reaches of Hanjiang River after the running of the Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion,the modes of the ecological compensation mechanism as well as the countermeasures were proposed. It aimed at promoting the sustainable development of economy and society in the middle and lower reaches of Hanjing River.
