摘要
目的：比较两种吡罗昔康凝胶的体外透皮吸收情况。方法：采用智能透皮试验仪对吡罗昔康凝胶进行体外经皮渗透实验,采用HPLC法测定透过离体大鼠皮肤的吡罗昔康含量。结果：样品A透皮速率达到（57.33±3.23）μg/（cm^2·h）,明显优于样品B（P〈0.01）。结论：不同厂家的吡罗昔康凝胶剂经皮性质差异显著。
Objective：To compare the percutaneous absorption potential of two kinds of piroxicam gels in vitro.Methods：The transdermal potential of piroxicam gels were evaluated by the transdermal absorption test in vitro.The concentration of piroxicam which permeated the rats＇skin was measured by high-performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）.Results：The permeation rate of sample A was（57.33±3.23）μg /（cm^2·h）,which was superior than that of sample B（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The transdermal potential of piroxicam gels from different manufacturers has significant differences.
