摘要
目的:比较两种吡罗昔康凝胶的体外透皮吸收情况。方法:采用智能透皮试验仪对吡罗昔康凝胶进行体外经皮渗透实验,采用HPLC法测定透过离体大鼠皮肤的吡罗昔康含量。结果:样品A透皮速率达到(57.33±3.23)μg/(cm^2·h),明显优于样品B(P〈0.01)。结论:不同厂家的吡罗昔康凝胶剂经皮性质差异显著。
Objective:To compare the percutaneous absorption potential of two kinds of piroxicam gels in vitro.Methods:The transdermal potential of piroxicam gels were evaluated by the transdermal absorption test in vitro.The concentration of piroxicam which permeated the rats'skin was measured by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results:The permeation rate of sample A was(57.33±3.23)μg /(cm^2·h),which was superior than that of sample B(P〈0.01).Conclusion:The transdermal potential of piroxicam gels from different manufacturers has significant differences.
