亚洲玉米螟幼虫在抗虫和耐除草剂转基因玉米上取食行为的变化 被引量:5

Feeding Behavior of Ostrinia furnacalis Larvae on Transgenic Corn with Insect-resistant and Herbicide-resistant Traits

摘要 在室内条件下,研究转基因抗虫、耐除草剂复合性状玉米NF6373YGRR(通过杂交育种聚合cry1A.105、cry2Ab2、cp4epsps基因)对亚洲玉米螟[Ostrinia furnacalis(Guenee)]初孵幼虫和3龄幼虫取食行为与存活率的影响。结果表明:在48h非选择性试验中,玉米螟初孵幼虫在转基因玉米心叶组织上的取食率显著低于非转基因玉米,转基因玉米48h的幼虫累计死亡率为53.75%,非转基因玉米为20.00%,差异显著;3龄幼虫在转基因玉米雌穗尖组织上的取食率、死亡率与非转基因玉米差异不显著。在48h选择性试验中,初孵幼虫在转基因玉米心叶组织上的取食率显著低于非转基因玉米,48h累计死亡率为55.00%;3龄幼虫在转基因玉米雌穗尖组织上的取食率与非转基因玉米差异不显著。转基因抗虫、耐除草剂复合性状玉米对玉米螟初孵幼虫的取食有显著的抑制和忌避作用,而对3龄幼虫的取食行为影响不显著。 Feeding behavior of Ostrinia furnacalis (Guenee) neonates and the third instar larvae on transgenic corn with insectresistant traits and herbicide-resistant and their survival were compared with the non-transgenic controls in laboratory bioassay. Combined NF6373YGRR(eombined genes of crylA.105, cry2Ab2 and cp4epsps) and non-transgenic control NF6373 were Used in the study. In no-choice test, the percentage of neonates feeding on whorl leaf tissues of transgenic corn was significantly less than that on non-transgenic control, the cumulative mortality of neonates was significantly higher than that of non-transgenie control. The transgenic corn cumulative mortality in 48h was 53.75%, while that of the nontransgenic corn was 20.00% , different significantly. For the third instar larvae, the percentage of larvae feeding on young cob sections and cumulative mortality in the 48h test had no significant difference between the transgenic corn and non-transgenie control. In 48 h choice test, the percentage of neonates feeding on whorl leaf tissues of transgenic corn was significantly less than that on non-transgenic control, accumulative total mortality in 48h was 55.00%; but for the third instar larvae, the percentage of larvae feeding on young cob sections had no significant difference between the transgenic corn and non-transgenic control. The transgenic corn with insect- resistant traits and herbicide-resistant could effectively restrain the feeding of Ostrinia furnacalis neonates, but no significant effect on third instar larvae.
