不同配比沼渣基质对草莓生长发育及叶绿素荧光特性的影响 被引量:18

Effects of Different Ratio of Biogas Residue Media on the Growth and Chlorophyll Fluorescence Characteristics of Strawberry

摘要 以盆栽草莓为试材,以沼渣和蛭石按不同体积比混合成栽培基质,研究不同配比沼渣基质对草莓生长发育和叶绿素荧光特性的影响。结果表明:不同配比的沼渣基质容重、含水量、pH值、EC值等指标均在适宜范围内;沼渣∶蛭石=1∶2~3的处理对草莓植株形态发育作用效果较佳,促进根系发育,干物质积累多,光系统(PSⅡ)有较大的光合电子受体库(Sm),可接受较多的电子,有利于在电子传递链中的传递,使光能的最大转化效率(Fv/Fm)及PSⅡ的潜在活性(Fv/Fo)提高;而随着基质中沼渣比例的增加,草莓植株高度和叶面积发育差,光能的最大转化效率(Fv/Fm)及PSⅡ的潜在活性(Fv/Fo)处于较低水平,PSⅡ的光能利用率较低,基质对植株负面作用增加,PSⅡ反应中心可能受到胁迫伤害,光合性能指数PIABS证明了试验结果。 Different mixed volume ratio of biogas residue and vermiculite into the culture media, the effects of different ratio of biogas residue media on growth,development and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of strawberry were studied. The results showed that bulk density, saturated water content, pH, EC values and other indicators of media were appropriate. The medium( biogas residue: vermiculite=1:2-3) had better effects on the growth and development of strawberry plants, promoting root development, dry matter accumulation, resulting in photosystem (PS Ⅱ ) greater photosynthetic electron acceptor (Sin), which could accepte more exciton, contribute to transmission at the electron transport chain, and increase maximal photochemical efficiency of PS II (Fv/Fm) and potential photochemical activity of PS Ⅱ (Fv/Fo). With the proportion of biogas residue increase, plant height and leaf area decreased, Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo were at a low level, solar energy utilization effect of PS Ⅱ was lower, media had negative effects on plant development, that might be subject to hurt PS Ⅱ reaction center, the results had proof in photosynthetic performance index (PIABS).
