摘要
目的：探讨小儿静脉肾孟造影的临床应用价值。方法：对我院收集的26例小儿静脉肾盂造影病例进行回顾分析。结果：根据泌尿系显示情况及能否满足诊断要求来评价，满意23例（占88％），一般3例（占12％）。结论：小儿静脉肾盂造影能清晰观察泌尿系器质性病变，简便易行，诊断价值高，值得推广。
Objective：Probe into the value in clinical application of the child intraveneous pyelography（IVP）. Method：Review and analysis 26 cases of the child intraveneous pyelography which were collected. Result：On the basis of Urology display and meet the diagnostic requirement, 23 cases with satisfied（ of 88% ）, 3 cases with general （of 12%）. Conclusion：The child intraveneous pyelography is clear to observe the organic disease of urology. The method is simple, high diagnostic value and worth promoting.
