摘要
在回顾我国几十年林业发展的曲折道路基础上，在学习借鉴外国林业发展与经营理论的实践过程中，提出了我国林业发展要以现代林业理论为依据。以生态平衡为核心的“生态林业”为基本经营制度，以人人参与的“社会林业”为资源动员方式或组织形式来建设我国林业的理论模式，以便使我国林业健康发展。
Based on reviewing the forestry development in China in the past several decades, by studyingthe theories about forestry development and management abroad, the author holds that China's forestryshould take 'ecological forestry' as the basic forestry management system which based on modern forestrytheories and take the ecological balance as the core, set up China's forestry theory system by means of participatory 'social forestry'.
