摘要 利用表面等离子共振(SPR)技术进行生物化学分析和检测,具有前处理简单、无需标记、灵敏度高以及实时、连续监测动态反应过程等特点。本文介绍了表面等离子共振传感器的基本类型和结构,论述了SPR在水质、农药残留以及有毒气体等物质检测上的研究进展,并对SPR传感器的未来发展趋势进行展望。 The application of Surface Plasma Resonance(SPR) technology on biochemical monitor possesses the feature of easy fore-treatment,label-free,high sensitivity,real-time and rapid detection.The basic type and structure of SPR has been introduced in this paper,and an overview on the progress of SPR has been presented in monitoring the water quality,pesticide residue,toxic gas and etc.Furthermore,the trend of its development in near future has been prospected.
