摘要
目的:探讨奎硫平合并舍曲林治疗成人Tourette综合征的疗效和安全性。方法:44例成人Tourette综合征患者随机分为奎硫平合并舍曲林组(研究组)和单用奎硫平组(对照组),疗程8周。采用耶鲁抽动症状严重程度量表(YGTSS)评定疗效,采用治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)评定安全性。结果:疗效以研究组较好,不良反应相仿。结论:奎硫平合并舍曲林治疗成人Tourette综合征可提高疗效,安全性较好。
Objective： To investigate the efficacy and safety of quetiapine combining with sertraline in the treatment of adult Tourette＇s syndrome. Method： A total of 44 adult patients who met the criteria for Tourette ＇s syndrome before 18 years old were randomly assigned to the two groups. One group was treated with quetiapine combining with sertraline and the other one with quetiapine only for 8 weeks. The efficacy was measured with the Yale global Tic severity scale （YGTSS） . The side effects were assessed by treatment emergent symptoms scale （TESS） . Results： At endpoint the significant improvement rate was 60.9% in the combining group and 30.0% the quetiapine group （χ2 = 4. 098,P = 0. 043） . The combining group showed more decreases on YGTSS score than the quetiapine group （t = 3. 678,P = 0. 000） . There were no significant differences between the two groups in the TESS score at the end of 2 weeks,4 weeks,and 8 weeks（P =0. 549; P =0. 224; P =0. 593; P =0. 751） . Conclusion： The addition of sertraline to quetiapine therapy is effective and well-tolerated approach in the treatment of patients with adult Tourette＇s syndrome.
