摘要
半固化片(PP)制程中产生大量的废气,废气中主要成份为溶剂(丙酮、丁酮等)的挥发份。这些废气直接排放将严重污染环境,同时造成大量的能源浪费。目前处理废气的方法是:对废气进行焚烧,对产生的能量进行交换回收利用;焚烧的处理技术由TO发展成RTO;RTO由两塔式逐渐发展成转阀式;陶瓷体的畅通性及温度只直接影响到焚化炉的能耗,通过理论能量计算RTO基本可以合理控制在零油耗的状态。
Lots of exhaust air were produced in the pressing of Prepreg. In the exhaust air, the main compounds are volatile organic compounds, for example Acetone; Butanone. If this exhaust air is directly discharged to the atmosphere, it will pollute the environment, at the same time, cause huge amount of energy to charge. The current method of dealing with exhaust air is: the thermal oxidizer for exhaust air, the energy generated by the exchange for recycling. Incineration treatment technology change from TO (Thermal Oxidizer) to RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer); RTO consists of two tower gradually developed into a rotating valve; the smooth flow of ceramic body and the temperature directly affects the energy incinerators. The theoretical energy calculations can reasonably control the basic RTO fuel consumption in the zero state.
