摘要
本文介绍了南非新一届政府科技政策主张：提出优化创新环境、完善国家创新体系的重大举措，在重点领域积极开展国际科技合作，在致力解决知识经济社会发展面临的五大挑战方面呈加速发展态势。
The science and technology policy adopted by South Africa＇s new government including the major initiatives for innovation environment optimization and national innovation system improvement, international cooperation in key fields of S＆T, this paper also shows a rapid development in dealing with the five challenges that knowledge-based economy faces in South Africa.
