摘要
使用Fluent软件对不同气门升程的排气道流场进行CFD数值模拟,并将计算结果同试验数据进行对比,发现两种方法获得的流量数据吻合良好。通过对数值模拟结果进行分析,指出了排气道改进的方向,改进后排气道的数值模拟结果显示流量系数获得较大提升。
The flowfield of engine exhaust port under different valve lift is numerically simulated using Fluent.The simula-tion and experiment results are in good agreement.The numerical simulation results point out the improvement directions of the exhaust port.The numerical simulation result of improved exhaust port shows that the flow coefficient has a large increase.
