摘要
分析了激光衍射理论在微内径测量上的可行性,以该理论为指导设计了可实际测量的激光微内径实验装置。通过实验测量的数据并对其精度分析,证明设计方案及原理是可行的。本文的研究成果可以应用到光纤对接、医用细胞注射器内径测量等技术上。
It's aims at proving the feasibility of micro-inner diameter measurement through the analysis of laser diffraction theory. First, the in- strument for laser micro-inner diameter measurement has been constructed with the guidance of this theory. Then the principle of this design was proved being feasible by precision analysis of the measured data. In this way, the present key point concerning the mea- surement of micro-inner diameter can be solved. This technology can be applied to such fields as optical fiber connecting technology or the measurement of cell injectors' inner diameter for medical use.
