摘要
介绍了畜禽可消化氨基酸测定的基本方法以及采用真回肠氨基酸消化率指导动物饲粮配制的原因与意义,并指出了采用标准化回肠真消化率(Standardised true ileal digestibility)可能是目前规范氨基酸消化率评定及应用的重要依据;阐述了在家禽日粮配制中将肉鸭、肉鸡氨基酸消化率分开使用的原因及依据;说明了氨基酸消化率评定中出现异常结果的可能原因。
This paper introduced the basic method of measuring digestible amino acids in swine and poultry and the reasons and significance for formulating animal diets according to ileal true amino acids digestibility, and pointed out that standardized true ileal digestibility was probably the important basis of standardizing the determination and application of amino acid digestibility at present.The reason and basis for the application of respective amino acid digestibility when formulating diets for meat ducks and broilers were explained.The possible reasons for abnormal results during the determination of amino acid digestibility were also explained.
